Alan Morrison, CEO of Arrow Lab Solutions, has over 15 years of experience in laboratory sciences and clinical toxicology. His journey began as a phlebotomist, progressing to a Technical Supervisor role at a major reference lab. In 2023, Alan founded Arrow Lab Solutions with a vision to innovate in toxicology. His hands-on approach, from method development to engineering, has been pivotal in launching PlasticTox, a groundbreaking product in the field.

Brent Hale, our Chief Information Officer, brings over a decade of network management expertise to Arrow Lab Solutions. He oversees our systems ensuring seamless operations and connectivity across all platforms as well as monitoring computing equipment with a goal of keeping Arrow Labs on the cutting edge of technology.  In addition to CIO, he also brings 15 years of graphic design skills to the team. His creative vision has been instrumental in crafting our brand’s visual identity, from designing our website to developing marketing materials. Beyond his role here, Brent serves as the Media Minister at New Hope Baptist in Duncan, OK, where he applies his design skills to enhance community engagement. In addition to that he also manages their IT needs as well as other businesses in his hometown.

Rob Zwartenkot, our Senior Technical Engineer, boasts an impressive 30-year career in cybersecurity. His pioneering work in this field has been vital to the development and security of our patient portal and results template. Rob’s meticulous coding ensures that our web security protocols are robust, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance with industry standards. His expertise has been a cornerstone of our digital infrastructure, providing peace of mind to both our team and clients.
